Terms of Service
Effective 29 September 2026 · updated 6 November 2026
These are the simple terms for using Titip. By using the app at titip.app, you agree to them.
Using Titip
- Titip is a place to save things, sort them, and hand them to other people. Use it for that, and for lawful purposes.
- You're responsible for what you save and for anything you titip to someone else. Don't use the titip feature to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other people's use of it.
Anonymous messages
- You must be 13 or older to turn on an anonymous inbox.
- Anonymous doesn't mean anything goes. Don't send bullying, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, or someone's private information. Messages that break these rules can be removed, and their senders blocked from sending to anyone.
- Every message in an inbox comes from a real person — Titip never writes messages for you or pretends to be someone.
- If you post an answer on your page, you're responsible for it like anything else you publish. You can report any message or answer; we review reports.
Your content is yours
The things you save stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync, and display them to you (and, for a titip you send, to deliver it to the person you chose). You can export or delete your data at any time.
What other people made
- When you save a link, Titip keeps the link and a small preview — its title and picture — so you can find it again. The post, video or page itself stays where it was made, and it belongs to whoever made it. Opening a save plays it in that site's own player, or takes you there.
- On a board or page you make public, you're responsible for what's on it. Share links and your own photos — not other people's photos or videos uploaded as if they were yours.
- Made something that appears on Titip and want it off? Tap Report on that page and choose Copyright, or email support@titip.app with the page's address. We take it down — the link, its preview and our copy of the picture — within 3 working days, and we may close accounts that keep posting other people's work.
Photos and videos you upload
- Titip's cloud is for the photos and videos you keep in Titip — your saves, your folders, the things you titip. It isn't general file storage, and it isn't a place to host files for other websites or apps.
- Never upload child sexual abuse material or anything that sexualises a minor, terrorist content, intimate images of someone shared without their consent, malware, or anything else that's illegal in Indonesia or where you live.
- We check that each upload really is a photo or a video, and we may use automated tools to detect known illegal images, such as child sexual abuse material.
- We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close the account that posted it. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities. When an Indonesian authority orders content taken down, we take it down within the time the law sets — currently 24 hours from the order, or 4 hours when it's urgent.
- Seen something that shouldn't be on Titip? Tap Report on that page, or email support@titip.app. Reports of illegal content are handled first.
Accounts
Sign in with Google, or, where it's offered, with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that account secure — actions taken through your signed-in account are treated as yours. To close your account and delete what we've synced, email support@titip.app.
Free, and Titip Pro
Titip is free to use. Titip Pro is an optional paid plan that gives you more room and reach — more cloud storage for photos and videos, bigger shared folders, more public links and boards, magnet packs and card styles. The Pro page in the app shows exactly what's included.
Paying for Pro
- Prices: Rp 149.000 for one year, or Rp 29.000 for 30 days. The price is always shown in the app before you pay.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider, Duitku, by QRIS, which you can pay from any bank or e-wallet app. Titip never sees or stores your card, bank or e-wallet details.
- One payment, no auto-renew. Pro runs for the period you paid for and then stops — we never charge you again on our own. We'll remind you before it ends; renewing is always your choice, and renewing early adds to the time you have left.
- When Pro ends, it stays on for a 7-day grace period, then your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted — you just can't add past the free limits until you renew.
- Payment fees are yours. The price you see is what you pay; the payment provider's processing fee for your payment is part of it. If you change your mind and get a refund, that fee — and the cost of sending the refund, if any — is taken off the amount we return. If a payment went wrong on our side (charged twice, or Pro didn't turn on), you get it all back.
- Refunds: changed your mind about a yearly plan? Ask within 7 days for a refund, minus the payment fees. That's once per account. 30-day passes can't be refunded once paid. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Storage and inactive accounts
Each plan includes a set amount of cloud storage for photos and videos (shown in the app under "Your plan"). When Pro or a trial ends, what's already in the cloud stays; new uploads wait until you're within your plan's room. If a free account isn't used for 12 months, we may remove the cloud copies of its photos and videos after emailing a warning twice; opening Titip keeps them. A photo or video you titip'd to someone, or put in a shared folder, stays for them. Copies on your own devices aren't affected.
No warranty
Titip is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups — the app can export everything in a couple of taps.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Titip and its maker won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes to the terms, we'll update the date above and make it clear in the app. Continuing to use Titip after a change means you accept the updated terms.
